Knight of Passion by Margaret Mallory - Review

Renowned beauty Lady Linnet is torn between two desires: revenge on those who destroyed her family or marriage to her childhood sweetheart Sir James Rayburn. One fateful night, she makes a misguided choice: she sacrifices Jamie's love for a chance at vengeance. Then just as Linnet begins to make amends, she's tempted by one last opportunity to settle old scores. But a final retribution could cost her Jamie's love - this time forever.

What I Can Tell You:

Last July I wrote about Knight of Desire, the first in a series of books for Margaret O'Mallory. I loved that book and I loved this one. Knight of Passion is the 3rd in the medieval series; All The Kings Men. It was interesting that the hero of this book is Jaime the child of the heroine in Knight of Desire. Since I missed the third book of the series that is one I WILL have to pick up (Knight of Pleasure).

Margaret Mallory has changed the way I look at romance novels. Usually I would hide the cover thinking I should be reading something "smarter". Margaret's novels are smart, sexy and very witty.

Knight of Desire is a Best 1st Book Finalist in RomCon’s 2010 Readers' Crown.

Head over to All The Kings Men's Triology website for information on all three books.

  1. I LOVE that you said my books are "smart, sexy and very witty!" I'll share that with the sort of people who say to me, "You write THAT kind of book?" ;)

Thanks so much for the great review & for participating in my blog tour.

    Hope you are feeling better.

  2. I love Margaret's books... Knight of Desire was one of my favorite romance books and I still have to pick up the second in the series. I can't wait to read Jamie's love story to see how he has grown up.
BTW, I adore her covers, too!!
